Less than 7-days notice

When less than 7 days notice is given, your session can be changed to an audio recording, as long as proper notice is given.

No refund will be issued due to the preparation work involved in preparing for your session.

7-day notice or greater

Refunds can be issued when 7 days notice or more is given.
